Our team has extensive experience evaluating damage to both commercial and residential structures and identifying substructure issues from foundation settlement, flooding, and water intrusion to evaluate issues affecting superstructure framing, roofing and overall envelope stability. Our forensic experts assess damages from vehicle impacts and nearby construction activities that impact building components.

We also evaluate new construction and identify product or workmanship defects, applying our knowledge of materials and the construction process. As part of our services we can provide repair plans and inspection consultation to support your needs as well as your client’s expectations for professional service.
